Questions the module will answer:

Controlling Team Dynamics and Feedback
Questions the module will answer:
  • The team is working. Tasks are being set and executed. Communications are not interrupted. Daily group and personal rituals and operations are established. Still there remains one no less important activity - to monitor the current state of the team and provide timely corrective and developmental feedback. This particular aspect is often neglected by leaders and managers with a technical background. The most useful means of managing this important area are regular 1-1 meetings using supportive tools and protocols.

Negotiations module "Defending the Team, Project and Processes"
Questions the module will answer:
  • Establishing the process and delivering results is the main responsibility of a team leader or a manager. We work in the real world, we have internal competition for resources, where you have to protect the project and convince colleagues from other departments or company management in some decisions.
    What does "territory control" means and includes? How to protect the team, the process, and the project for the benefit of the common goal and company interests.

The program will be fully tailored to your needs: we will prepare practical cases adapted to your business specifics and the challenges your team faces.

In customized format, each module concludes with a supervision session (review and adjustment) + a session for analyzing participants’ real work cases (optional, if enough cases are collected)

Each participant receives a personal account with lifetime access to all course materials including recordings of the training sessions
